This high-speed aluminum cutting production line is a special sawing machine developed by Hanlong for high-speed sawing of aluminum bars and profiles. Main features:

High efficiency:

The cutting speed of the sawing machine is 300-2000m/min, and the sawing seam is ≤ 2mm.

Reliability:

1. The machine tool structure is a saw frame type integral casting structure. The machine body is processed by the machining center once after aging treatment, which can ensure the stable operation of the machine tool.

2. High degree of automation: automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic sawing and automatic discharging.

3. The lifting guide of the saw bow is "H-shaped" cast iron double column+roller type linear slide rail, which improves the stability and accuracy of sawing.

4. The saw blade cooling system can realize the exchange of oil mist cooling and cutting fluid cooling to meet the different requirements of surface roughness.

Precision: 

The sawing feed adopts servo motor to drive the ball screw, the lifting guide adopts precision linear guide rail, and the balance cylinder stability system is added, so the stable cutting force is strong. Ensure the accuracy of the finished product is ± 0.2mm.

1.The speed regulating system of the sawing machine adopts the large torque, programmed control motor and reducer independently developed and customized, which is characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption, flexible control, etc., and can save 30-40% electricity compared with the traditional sawing method.
