Description of machine tool:

This machine tool is a high-speed sawing machine for aluminum materials developed and designed by our company based on the traditional vertical sawing machine. The column frame structure (patented technology) is adopted, and the saw bow slides on the column, which has good stability and strong rigidity of the machine tool. The main power is the high-speed reducer+programmed control motor independently developed by Hanlong, which can realize high-speed sawing. 70% power saving when the machine tool is unloaded, and constant power and torque when cutting.

Main characteristics of the machine tool:

1. Hydraulic automatic tensioning saw band. The machine body is processed by the machining center once after aging treatment, which can ensure the stable operation of the machine tool.

2. The saw blade is hydraulically tightened and automatically released when it is stopped. It has the function of electronic speed monitoring. 

3. PLC can be used to program controller, with reliable working performance and low failure rate.

4. The saw blade cooling system uses oil and water to effectively solve the problems of high speed operation of the saw blade, heating and sawtooth sticking, and improve the durability of the saw blade and the cleanliness of the environment. 

5. The host is equipped with an external protective cover, which is safe, environmentally friendly and beautiful.
