5. The saw band can be tensioned automatically, and the tension can be measured through hydraulic adjustment, which is convenient to operate and stable.

The main moving parts - the lifting and lowering of the saw frame adopts the servo motor ball screw, and the saw frame moves up and down along the linear guide rail pair under the traction of the ball screw; The worktable is driven by hydraulic oil cylinder to ensure the sawing stability and accuracy.

7. Worktable is equipped with stainless steel shield to protect the screw rod, guide rail and other parts, to guarantee the safety and reliability .

8. All sliding mechanisms of the machine tool are equipped with the automatic lubrication system , with automatic stop function if the lubrication is not in place.

9. The main electrical box is equipped with an automatic thermostatic control system for air conditioners.

10. Z-axis has the function of handwheel tool setting, and the remote control system is convenient for operation.
