The HS300x460 CNC high-speed vertical band saw machine is a precision processing equipment developed by Zibo Hanlong Machinery Co., Ltd., specifically for cutting hard and brittle non-metallic materials. The machine is designed for vertical cutting applications with cutting height ≤300mm, throat depth ≤300mm, and stroke ≤460mm. High Precision
The saw blade verticality is controlled within 0.03mm when measured at 300mm height. The cutting surface is smooth and flat, with edge chipping significantly reduced. Post-processing grinding is greatly minimized, and material utilization is noticeably improved.

The saw blade linear speed is infinitely adjustable from 300 to 2000m/min, allowing optimal cutting parameters for both soft and hard materials. Powered by an 11kW main motor with a variable frequency drive, the machine delivers ample power. The narrow kerf design minimizes material loss with precise cutting width control.

High Automation
Equipped with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC programmable controller and a Siemens SMART 10-inch touchscreen, the machine achieves precise automatic positioning through servo control. Features include automatic feed, automatic cutting, and automatic shutdown upon blade breakage, allowing operators to work without constant supervision.

User-Friendly Operation
Hydraulic blade tensioning with a pressure gauge provides clear, visual tension status. The upper saw arm features pneumatic stroke adjustment (with magnetic ring), adjustable from 0 to 200mm. The touchscreen interface makes parameter setting simple and intuitive.
