The CNC-150 Inclined-Push Circular Sawing Machine primarily consists of the machine bed, power head assembly, feeding system,
clamping device, automatic feeder, material support rack, hydraulic system, electrical system, spray cooling system, automatic saw
blade lubrication system, saw blade cleaning device, and other components.
Process Flow:
The operator uses a crane to load multiple material bars onto the storage rack, laying them flat upon the loading platform supports.
A material-indexing mechanism then transfers the bars to the front conveyor frame, after which a lifting system feeds them sequentially
onto the feed roller conveyor. Finally, the main sawing unit cuts the material into finished products according to the pre-set fixed lengths.
Our company has already established two successful case studies within the Qingdao anchor chain industry: Qingdao Anchor Chain and
Wancheng Anchor Chain. The machinery at Qingdao Anchor Chain has been operating smoothly for approximately three years, while the
equipment at Wancheng Anchor Chain has been in normal operation for about two and a half years. Furthermore, the service life of the
saw blades used for cutting anchor chain steel has consistently remained stable within the range of 45 to 52 square meters. At Qingdao
Anchor Chain, the service life of blades used for cutting R3/R4 grade mooring chain steel also remains stable at approximately 25 square
meters.
