I. High precision positioning, high degree of separation thickness

The saw shelf lifting and lowering is driven by ball bearings and servo motors, and moves up and down along a straight conductor. The operator sets processing data by touch screen, and controls the screw motor by PLC programmable controller and frequency converter to achieve accurate automatic positioning.Table precision within 2700mm range ± 0.05mm, lifting height within 500mm range ≤ 0.1mm - each cut down, the thickness can be consistent.

II. High efficiency sawcutting, material saving and electricity saving

The cutting speed of 300-2600 M / min is stepless adjustable, the feed speed 0-1500 mm / min, the fastest speed of the workbench can reach 6000 mm / min.The main motor adopts 22kW spindle servo, with 41 × 1.3mm bimetallic or hard alloy band saw blades, the thickness of the cut is less than 2.5mm.The sawn blade is narrow, the loss is small, the power demand is low, and the material is saved and the electricity is saved.

III. Critical components must be solid and reliable

Saw wheel: 7075 superhard aluminum alloy (T651) plus polyurethane glue, after dynamic balance correction. 7075 is an ultra-hard aluminum, with tensile strength and stiffness much higher than ordinary 6061 aluminum alloy, which is often used in aerospace and military equipment, and can adapt to high speed and high tensile load conditions.

Servo and frequency conversion: lift motor and workbench servo are using Huichuan brand, frequency converter for Huichuan, 10 inch touch screen with 4G communication function.

Servo rails: Line Servo rods and ball rails are from Dinghan or Upper Silver in Taiwan.

Hydraulic system: The oil research hydraulic station is used to automatically tighten the saw belt and display the pressure.
